​Consultations

Consultations work well for experienced gardeners, new gardeners, and non-gardeners who simply would like an idea of which native plants they might request their regular landscapers add to their yards.

Rates:

• Virtual: $125 per hour (Via phone or teleconference. Teleconference preferred, via Zoom or Google Meet.)
• In Person (Socially distanced and masked): $125 per hour + drive fee (Drive fee is $1 per mile for distances over ten miles from 8310 Emerald Meadow, Humble, TX, 77396, so a distance thirty miles away would be $20. Drive free waived for under ten miles away).
• Includes recommendations: All consultations include follow-up email with list of 20 recommended plants that would grow well and look attractive on your property.

Payment options: PayPal, Zelle, and paper check. Payments due 48 hours before appointment.

How consultations work:

1. Please fill out the form below. We will reply within two business days to set an appointment and share an invoice. If you choose virtual, we will send a Zoom meeting invite.
2. During your appointment, you'll meet with landscape consultant Glenn Olsen. If you choose virtual and join on a desktop, laptop, or tablet, please have photos on your device of areas of your yard you have questions about. If you join via phone, please have printed or digital photos nearby or be prepared to carry your phone into your yard to show us areas in question (just, of course, if you are mobile and feel entirely comfortable doing so). Please bring as many questions as you can to the appointment, as this will help us best serve you.
3. Feel free to take as many notes as you'd like. If you choose a virtual appointment, you will be sent a link to a recording of our consultation which will be available for download for one month.
